With over 27 years of corporate leadership in Multinational organisations and executive leadership to small and medium enterprises across Africa and the Middle East, Farayi is the lead coach at Inheritege Coaches, a subsidiary of BTL Consulting Ltd in Kenya (established 2010).
Farayi has authored the book, "Selling to Informal Markets" sharing his experiences of selling to informal markets across Africa, that offers practical lessons and guidelines to success in those markets, learnt from the 2,000+ youth he trained.
