How to Connect Your Paystack Account to KowchaPro

Accepting payments on your KowchaPro site using your own Paystack account is easy. Simply follow the steps below, and our team will handle the integration for you.

Step 1: Create a Paystack Account

If you don’t already have a Paystack account:

Visit Paystack.com

Click Create Free Account

Complete the onboarding steps

Ensure your business is fully verified to enable live payments

Step 2: Get Your Paystack API Keys

Once your account is ready:

Log into your Paystack Dashboard

On the left menu, open Settings

Click API Keys & Webhooks

Locate the following keys:

Public Key

Secret Key

⚠️ Do not share your keys publicly. These are sensitive credentials.

Step 3: Send Your API Keys to the Kowcha Support Team

Email the following details to support@kowcha.com:

Subject: “Paystack Integration Request – [Your KowchaPro Site Name]”

Your Public Key

Your Secret Key

Confirmation that you want your KowchaPro site to use your Paystack account for all payments

Step 4: Our Team Sets Up the Integration

Once we receive your details:

Our support team will securely connect your Paystack keys to your KowchaPro site

We will notify you once the setup is complete

You’ll be able to start accepting payments immediately

Step 5: Test Your Checkout (Recommended)

After setup:

Visit your KowchaPro site

Add a product to cart

Go through the checkout process using a small test payment

Confirm the payment appears in your Paystack Dashboard

Important Notes

Your Paystack account must remain active and verified for payments to work correctly.

You may update your API keys at any time—just email the new keys to us.

If you have multiple Paystack accounts, tell us which one to connect.
